The Japan Exchange Programme was organized successfully, giving students an enriching opportunity to interact with peers from another country and gain insight into different cultures. The programme saw active participation from the collaborating schools, making the virtual exchange lively and meaningful.

The session began with a brief introduction by the teacher, creating a friendly and positive atmosphere. This was followed by an engaging ice-breaker activity with Gakubun School, during which students displayed enthusiasm and eagerness to participate. The activity promoted open communication through quick interactions and enjoyable prompts, helping students feel at ease.

Before proceeding further, students were informed about the breakout room guidelines. Emphasis was placed on effective communication, active involvement using reactions, and maintaining discipline and respect throughout the interaction. In the breakout rooms, students introduced themselves and participated in thoughtful discussions, which helped strengthen cross-cultural understanding and friendships.

An interactive quiz served as the highlight of the programme, encouraging teamwork and a sense of healthy competition among the participants. The session was smoothly conducted using eight computers with sixteen students, ensuring efficient management and active engagement.

Mr. Shuto Suzuki, the World Classroom Moderator, appreciated the students for their preparation and enthusiasm, and praised their confident and respectful interaction with international peers. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our Principal, Ms. Shalini Agarwal, for her constant support and encouragement in providing students with this valuable global learning experience.

In conclusion, the exchange was a memorable and rewarding experience for all participants. It helped students broaden their perspectives, improve their English communication skills, and develop a deeper understanding of cultural similarities and differences. The programme successfully fostered a spirit of cooperation and friendship between students from Japan and India.
